The messageBefore we start thinking about our own projects, lets take a look at some existing Scratch projects. Click on the links below to visit the projects.
Link 1 Link 4 Link 2 Link 5 Link 3 Link 6 Your project should be based around a short story about Internet safety. Try to avoid the use of games, this does not mean that your project cannot be interactive or fun! You could give your audience a choice of actions that could lead them through a different part of the story. |
Assessment Task 1
Your project log bookUsing Google slides set up a presentation that you will use to keep a record of your progress. Use the overview below as a guide to what should be shown on the first few slides.
Slide 1: Your name (and partner's name?), Scratch username(s), tutor group, Computing teacher, your project focus. Slide 2: Project introduction, what do you plan to do? What will your Internet safety message be about? How will you share this message? Slide 3: A list of all of the tasks you need to complete. This may include research, finding graphics for your project or allowing other people to test your project etc. Share your project with your teacher so that they have access to your work as you progress each week. This presentation will be the main way that your work is shared so keep it in a place where you can find it! If you are working with a partner be sure to share the slides with them also. |
