Activities Overview
1: Select your groups - about 3 people per group is good, minimum 2 people maximum 4 people.
2: As a group produce a mind map including features of your aquarium including any interaction you may wish to have.
3: Each member of the team should draw some sketches of what your aquarium will look like.
4: Have a team meeting to discuss the most appropriate solution to follow.
5: As a group draw and note down what features and design you would like your finished project to include.
6: Break down the project (Decomposition) into small pieces that can be allocated to each member of the group.
7: Produce a Gantt Chart on excel to clearly show who is doing which task, when tasks should be started and finished and which task should run in parallel and which need to run in series.

Take care when choosing your group to work with, remember it is good to heave people in the group who all have different skill sets. Also remember to work with people who help you be productive. Remember; working with your best friend can often be distracting rather than productive.

Preferably using a pen and paper - As a group produce a mind map including features of your aquarium including any interaction within your aquarium.
When you have finished take a picture of your drawing and each of you save an electronic copy in your storage area. Also place a copy of the mind map onto your Aquarium Project Portfolio.

Assessment Task 1
Make sure your Project Portfolio is up to date
You will not be formally accessed for Task 1 But you should ensure by this stage your Project portfolio is up to date, organised and well presented. This document should be shared with each member of your team and each member should be able to edit the document.
